I travel Tokyo a lot, only this time I find surprise with food, not meaning others are bad, but this one is extra-ordinarily good. I long for impressing Japanese beef (wagyu), tried a couple in Tokyo, even the famous rokkasen (六歌仙) is still not my very surprising, but this one the WAGYU MANGO新宿店 I really love it.

The beef is so strong in taste. I can choose among seasoning with salt or soy source and of course I like the pure salty one as I dont want the source to affect the original taste. The picture shows the beef. The Japanese is so caring that they labelled each kind of beef for your reference (the white paper next to the beef). Well, the portion is not that much, each square should contains 3 pieces. But for my mum and me we feel enough. The beef is really tasty, and it is much cheaper than the wagyu in HK.
This is the raw beef sushi. To be frank I like the French Beef Tartar more, haha.
